Dear current and future judges,
We are pleased to announce you that, with the official green light received from the NRHA, we will host an INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT SEMINAR & JUDGES SCHOOL in Belgium, in February 2012.
This applicant seminar & judges school will be held in Leuven on Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 February 2012. It will be located at the NOVOTEL Leuven Centrum, Vuurkruisenlaan 4 in 3000 LEUVEN , www.novotel.com/nl/hotel-3153-novotel-leuven-centrum/index.shtml .
Included you will find:
1) A REGISTRATION FORM
Pre-registration is required ! If you wish to attend the applicant seminar & judges school, please fill out and return one form per person to us before 1 January 2012.
The attendance fee of 250 euros must be paid before 1 February 2012 to the Fortis Bank account 001-2364526-33, IBAN BE79 0012 3645 2633, BIC Fortis Bank : GEBABEBB, in the name of Ward-Tollet, Velpestraat 38 in 3360 Bierbeek (Opvelp), Belgium; reference should be: NRHA SEMINAR/SCHOOL. If you decide to pay the attendance fee on arrival at the seminar, a late registration fee of 25 euros will be applied. All other fees (to the NRHA) will be paid in cash (USD) or by credit card on the first day of the seminar/school.
2) A HOTEL BOOKING FORM
If you wish to stay at the Novotel where the seminar & school will be held, you can fill out the “Hotel booking form” and return it to the hotel as it is mentioned on the form. There will be a special rate (95 euros per night for a single room or 110 euros per night for a double room) for you with the following reference code : NRHA applicant seminar and judges school 010707. If you do not use the booking form enclosed, do not forget to give at your reservation the code related to our organization. Booking the room directly through the internet could give you an even better rate. If you decide to do so, do not use the attached hotel booking form.
Please make your own reservations directly with the hotel of your choice or via the internet !
For all participants do not forget to return the registration form before 1 January 2012 and pay the attendance fee of 250 EUR before 1 February 2012.
